GAMES

Our game options are used to keep your guests entertained during your event. Games can be provided as stand-alone entertainment or as extra entertainment when guests need a break from the dance floor. Additionally, no matter how incredible the DJ or Band is, if your guests can’t dance then our games will provide much needed extra entertainment to balance out your party so everyone has fun.  Many game rentals can also be used as team-building activities because most games are multi-player. PHOTO BOOTHS

Our photo booth options are a great way to have fun socializing so everyone goes home with a keepsake. Your guests will receive printed photos and/or digital copies to take home as a memento to cherish for years! All printed and digital photos can be customized with brand awareness to display your logo, message, date of event, hashtags, etc….

Orlando Arcade Game Rentals owns over 20 different types of photo booths, not 20 of the same photo booth, so we can give you honest recommendations about which photo booth is right for you! A company that only owns 2 or 3 photo booths wants your business too so don’t expect them to admit their photo booths are a bad choice for your event! For example, if you have an event for 600 people then one of our photo booths with multiple screens will be a better choice compared to a photo booth with only 1 screen b/c more guests can use the booth at the same time . Additionally, if the photo booth has too many customization features such as the ability to draw or add digital props on the photos then guests will spend more time customizing their photo resulting in longer lines! A 4 hour party for 125 people needs a different photo booth then a 3 hour party with 500 people. Not all photo booths are created equal! Most parties are 3-5 hours long and sometimes they break into 2 parts, the Cocktail Hour and the Main Reception. There are many variables that will determine how much entertainment you need such as budget, event space size, guest count, theme, and if you are hiring other entertainment. DID YOU KNOW?

  • If a company wont spend a lot of time with you on the phone BEFORE you book them, then they will spend even less time with you AFTER you book them. Some companies do not offer good customer service.
  • Some of our competitors hire us!
  • One-Stop shopping is a quick fix, but convenience shouldn't supercede quality! Don't hope for the best, do your homework and you'll get a better party! Many clients call us for their 2nd party telling us they wished they hired us the 1st time!
  • Some Caterer's and Event Planners recommend companies solely because of a personal or financial relationship so the next time someone says "they're the best," do a little homework and decide for yourself, even if they recommend us! Educated consumers are our best customers!
  • If a company has recommendation letters from happy customers on their website contact a few of them and make sure they are real! ALWAYS CHECK REFERRALS.
  • Get everything in writing! The Special Events industry is not a regulated industry overseen by any governmental agencies so protect yourself. For example, a company can show you a picture of an arcade quality Air Hockey Table and then provide an Air Hockey Table from "Toys R Us" there is nothing you can do if your contract just lists an "Air Hockey Table". If in doubt, make them include the make & model number in your contract, and have them guarantee it in writing or your money back.
  • If a company offers a particular service verify they own the equipment by asking some detailed questions to confirm they know what they're talking about. For Example, if you call a DJ company and they offer Photo Booths or arcade games then they should be able to answer questions like, "What type of printer or camera do you use in your photo booth?", "How much power do I need for a pinball machine or arcade game?" If the person answering the phone doesn't know then your talking to the wrong person...and maybe the wrong company!
